I needed a bag like this for a work trip, but every backpack I found looked exactly the same. Black or brown or gray, featureless, absolute yawnarama. Then I came across this one and I loved how it looked! Read into it, read a bunch of reviews, decided I needed to call it my own.
Got it in, opened it up, and this thing not only looks fantastic, it's like a Tardis! It's SO MUCH bigger on the inside than it looks!! Pockets and more pockets (I love the padded laptop pocket), and I love the front organizer with the magnetic-close flap -- GREAT when your hands are full and you're in a hurry. Who has time for zippers on everything??
It served me so well on my trip, and I know will serve me well for all the trips to come. So happy with this purchase!

I have used many book bags, and this one is the best yet. I am traveling and want something that can easily fit under the plane seat. It also needs to be able to carry my laptop and other work-related materials without tasking my back. I am thrilled to be able to fit all work materials as well as personal items in this bag. As a result, I have been able to reduce multiple bags into one! It balances well on my back and doesn’t slip when I’m walking. The zippers slide with ease, and everything remains in their place.

Our first one came in and the cords for the charger did not work at all! I requested a replacement and got it the same week which was amazing since school started the next week! Every worked! Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately I was unable to send back the broken one due to my daughter losing it so I paid for both! But that was our own fault. But this company was fast and reliable! Would buy again
